The Metallica Family’s support is unflinching. Once again, you’ve proven how big your hearts are by accomplishing incredible things in the name of All Within My Hands. You raised $184,732.58 (and we're not done yet) to help us establish the Metallica Scholars Initiative Special Projects Fund! How did you do it?
LOCAL CHAPTER FUNDRAISING COMPETITION
We’re blown away! Twenty-eight chapters joined forces to raise $72,200.92, with ten of them pulling in at least four figures in donations. Add to that the $50,000 match courtesy of Terreno Realty Corporation, and this year’s competition raised $122,200.92!
Our 2025 Grand Prize Winner is MASSter Of Puppets, who officially solidified their role as Month of Giving Goliath with their fourth win in a row! And we also have to shout out our randomly selected Second Prize Winner, The Finnish Chapter! Congratulations to our two big winners, and massive thanks to all 28 chapters that joined us this year.
SHOPPING IN THE METALLICA STORE
By purchasing the limited-edition Month of Giving t-shirt featuring Jeff Soto’s 2018 poster art with an AWMH twist, the Silver Luthier All Within My Hands Keychain, Brett Murray’s unique Metallica portraits, and the AWMH Tonal hat, you raised $21,735! But your generosity didn’t stop there. Shoppers who rounded up their totals at checkout raised an incredible $2,817 this month! We really mean it when we say every little bit counts.
AUCTIONS
Two rare items made for some exciting bidding this month. And when the proverbial gavel was struck, the Month of Giving campaign received $9,650 more toward establishing the MSI Special Projects Fund!
