Staff Volunteers
In addition to our Boards of Directors and Advisors, All Within My Hands has a very dedicated group of volunteers comprising our staff.
AWMH has one official employee: Renée Richardson, Director of Philanthropy. Because the band and the other members of the AWMH Board of Directors pay for all of the foundation's expenses and operating costs, Metallica pays the Director of Philanthropy's salary. All other AWMH staff members are either Metallica employees who volunteer their time to do Foundation work or independent contractors hired by the band.
We'd like to thank King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP and Gelfand, Rennert and Feldman, LLC for donating their time to assist with the Foundation's legal and financial matters, respectively. And finally, massive thanks to Zach Harmon, Benjamin Kim, Gino Cardelli, and the entire Metallica Crew for all their time and support for AWMH.
