Amy - Helping Hands Benefit 2024 VIP
Our Helping Hands concert and Auction on December 13, 2024, was all the better with Amy Diller and her son in the house! Thanks to Fandiem, Amy donated to win a pair of VIP tickets to the show. Seated on a couch in front of the stage, the experience was one for the books—but we'll let Amy tell you!
I want to express my deepest gratitude for the truly unforgettable experience. Being able to share this opportunity with my son made it even more special. The entire team and the helpers were exceptional—so kind, resourceful, and engaging. They made every moment extraordinary.
The generosity of Metallica, AWMH, and Fandiem was absolutely top-notch. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of such a remarkable event.
Interestingly, when I first came across the Fandiem ad on Instagram, I hadn't even paid attention to the prize details. I was already aware of Metallica’s charitable work and wanted to contribute, with no expectation of winning. Receiving the email and text notifying me that I had won was a complete surprise! Initially, I assumed it was for concert tickets, but to experience the full VIP package was beyond anything I could have imagined.
And then, of course, there was the show itself. Standing so close to the stage was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the incredible energy of SistaStrings and Sammy to Metallica’s phenomenal performance, the entire event was unforgettable. As someone who has seen Metallica live 4–5 times before, this was truly on another level.
