Fighting Hunger & Supporting Critical Local Services
NOVEMBER 17, 2025
Metallica’s final Australian stop on the M72 World Tour allowed AWMH the opportunity to give back to two non-profits doing incredible work in the Sydney community. In partnership with Live Nation Australia and CNH Industrial, Metallica and AWMH have chosen one local organization combating food insecurity and one providing critical local services. Receiving funds in Sydney are Foodbank NSW & ACT and Women's Community Shelters.

Foodbank NSW & ACT works with over 700 Community Partners across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory to get food and groceries to those who could use a hand every year. The organization also supports over 800 schools through its School Breakfast 4 Health Program, providing nutritious breakfast foods to ensure no student goes to school hungry. Along with our donation, CNH Industrial is also contributing to Foodbank NSW & ACT, making the total grant AUD$40,000.
Special thanks to our Metallica Family volunteers, including locals, international guests, and members of the CNH Industrial team, who donated their time for a shift at Foodbank NSW & ACT, where they moved an amazing 7,920kg of food, enough to create approximately 14,256 meals for individuals.
Women's Community Shelters is the leading for-purpose organization providing accommodation and support for women and children escaping violence and experiencing homelessness. Continuously expanding its network of safe havens, the organization works community by community to establish an Australia where women are safe, secure, supported, and equal. Women's Community Shelters is receiving AUD$20,000.
